No smoking rooms available. Nice bar area in foyer, with free internet access. Room was quite small, with no opening window for fresh air. Close to shopping area, 10 minute walk to train station. My agoda booking was taken care of professionaly by a very helpfull recepionist. Nice roof terrace swimming pool if your there in the summer.

When I entered the room, it was cleaned neatly, but there were some smells. Anyway this hotel is a very good place to spend time in the city.
It is not a particularly new hotel, but the rooms are neat.
The shower room is small but it should not be a problem if you are a solo traveler.
Because I was traveling alone and am a woman, I was worried, but the front desk personnel made me feel safe. I think that it was good to stay at the hotel.

Restaurant Tip : Great restuarant, "Pig & Whistle" at the mall, which is walking distance from hotel, outdoor/indoor dining, good wine list, and great but simple food.

All staff very friendly and helpful, especially Amy, Andrew and Dan (reception staff).
Shopping Tip : Very close to Queen Street Mall.
