Providing Brisbane with a new level of consistent and refined apartment sized apartment style accommodation, Meriton Serviced Apartments - Adelaide Street also brings a fresh new option to Brisbane for executive, leisure, group as well as the long-stay travelers.

Hotel Policies

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. All guests must sign the 'No Party' policy. Registered guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name and credit card. If you arrive after 10:00 pm, security will assist you with checking into your apartment.

Please note that a 2% surcharge applies for payments with credit card.
Please note that the credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the card holder.
Reception will require upon arrival the following pre-authorised credit card bond. These funds will be returned to the credit card after departure but may take 5 - 10 days to become available:
AUD100 for Studio, CUBE and 1-Bedroom Apartments
AUD200 for 2-Bedroom Apartments
AUD300 for 3-Bedroom Apartments
AUD1000 for Penthouse Apartments

Reception will also accept a cash bond, which will be refunded upon departure following an inspection of the apartment by staff:

Voon S. Couples Malaysia, February 15, 2013	Large room and well furnished Room size and amenities 7 Good size room with living room separated from bedroom. Well furnished with washer dryer etc. Location at far end of Adelaide St is something to consider if walking is not something you want to do. We walked from train station with luggage which took some effort. Shopping and restaurants also require bit of a walk.
