Great location and Brisbane river is just a 3 mins walk. A lot of nice restaurants are within walking distance along the shore of the river.
Vehicle parking charges at $30 a night is too expensive.
Overall, this is a nice place to stay.

A new service apartment well worth the money

impressed by cleaness because hotel is just opened recently, compared to the room rate I think it's a real bargain; service is standard by not outstanding, I guess this way the hotel can keep the standrad easily maintained. Because I just stayed for one night, not ever 24 hours in total, i didn't have chance to try other facilities, but by the look of it it seems pretty ok.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped and brand new. An extremely comfortable bed and a great bath.

Couldn't fault my stay and the location was great. Plenty of room, modern and way nicer than hotel. Surprising amount of effort to make the apartment as good as it was and I will go back next time I am in Brisbane for sure. Recommended and good price too

if you have a car, ring in advance and get location of their carpark as parking in Brisbane is difficult on the street then you can drive right in. Also, there is a supermarket nearby but while large hard to find. Ask the staff where the woolworths is. Also, chinatown is just up road so heaps of place to eat too

Great place to stay with family as it is an apartment with kitchen, lounge etc. I didn't feel the location was as great for business travelers as it wasn't as convenient to CBD. Other than that the rooms were great and the service at reception was friendly.

Great for business travelers staying in town for a few days as there is a kitchen to cook in.

it is a very nice apt hotel. the view is good. you can see the river view. the room is very clean. the location is in the central area of the city. it is not far from airport. i will stay here in the future. very nice stay in the apt hotel.
