Claean, friendly and upmarket Once again, I stayed at the Hilton in Brisbane on a business trip. This hotel is consistently good and is one of my favourite destinations. The staff are well trained and friendly, the service is excellent and the restaurant serves really good food. The rooms are clean and condusive to being able to work from the room.
Shopping Tip : Very well located for CBD shopping

Near to City Centre, Good security. I got to drag my own bags into the Lobby Hall.. how annoying.. no sense of welcoming at all. I will not try this hotel anymore. I believe when I say this, Im pretty sure the reader will have some idea how bad is it.

Central location to station, food court,pub, chinatown.....etc Location up on the slope, not enough signage to shown to the hotel. No free internet access in the room for guest. Should had free parking for guest. Book 2 king size room for a day on 13/03/09 at the Novotel on my way to Goldcoast.Arrived quite late due to difficulty in finding the hotel which is up on the slope and a bend.The hotel which is located in the CBD have easy access to shopping centre, food court, pub, train station, river side and Chinatown.Would had prefer to have free internet access in the room instead of at the lobby. Was surprise that need to pay about 20 bucks for parking in hotel's carpark, it will be nice if it is free for hotel's guest.

The room and proximity to city's shopping district Concierge - Had to carry my own Luggage inside on arrival Spent a day at the Novotel on my way to Sydney. Had booked a standard room but since i was on my honeymoon they were nice enough to give me a free upgrade. The hotel is right in the centre of the Brisbane CBD so if you are looking for good views when you look out of the window then this is not the hotel for u. I was fairly happy with the room. Woudnt mind staying once again.

good gym rooms lovely good service free internet food a little expensive and the location in the middle of a one way system i found the staff helpful and friendly and the hotel very tidy rooms were clean and tidy nicely laid out
Restaurant Tip : the better range of restraunts are at the bottom of creek st in the pier by the river

Very close to central Brisbane and the train station.
Very friendly staff.
Modern, clean room. Have to cross a two lane road if you are walking up to the hotel. The Novotel Brisbane was a very pleasant stay, with very good, modern and clean rooms that are a good size. Also downstairs in the lobby you can access free internet.
The staff here were very friendly and helped us with our bags before we had even got in the door.
The location is very good in terms of being close to everything the only downside is that you have to cross over a two lane road to get to it.

quick efficient service at front desk.
room service quick & quality meal.
good gym with friendly staff building works noise started at 6 am adjacent to
room 1405.
position of hotel is convenient in relation to city centre. rooms of good size with comfortable bed & pillows. having access to foxtel is a bonus and well received as it covers sport & extra movie station. i am a regular gym visitor which ever hotel i stay at, and while basic in amount of equipment, there was enough there to give a good workout. would suggest that the water fountain have a cooler installed, as nearly all gyms provide that. breakfast was of high quality, and the fact that newspapers were available was another bonus.
Restaurant Tip : 5 minute walk to mall, which offers a range of eating places to cater for all budgets. also will suit either casual, smart casual or dressed up styles of dress.
