Location, room layout, facilities very good.

Reception needs to be more sympathetic to guests complaints/comments.

Very musty smell throughout our floor (13th) and the room we did report it when we arrived but there was no offer to change the room. Also there was dampness of around 300 mm under each window which had to be sucked up with a machine daily it was most likely the cause of the smell. The balcony/parapet outside the window was FULL of water causing the dampness problem. If you cure the water in the "balcony" you will eliminate the related problems!

Shopping Tip : Queen Street Mall at must

It's relly nice hotel.

Comfortable and clean room. It's in downtown.

no minimart inside the hotel

It's very nice and comfortable for family.Clean and all facilities needed available in room. There're one bedroom , one livingroom ,one kitchen and 2 bathrooms.Near the hotel there's kiosk and one of good night clubs with small casino too. it's only10 mins walk to a very big and nice shopping street called queen street mall.
