The position was very good, the staff were fantastic and it was a beautiful old hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Rothbury Heritage Hotel, so much in fact that we stayed 2 nights instead of one. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much for them. The fact they had their own carpark was an added bonus. The small breakfast supplied for us to enjoy in our room was great, we could eat at our leisure, without having to dress up for the dining room!!
We would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.

This is an older hotel with some lovely period features. Very close to the CBD. Although the rooms are "cosy"they are comfortable and a light breakfast is provided in the room.

Stayed here for one night on a business trip and it was lovely. Liked the extra TV in the bedroom and the fact that both sides of the bed have reading lamps (i.e. you can actually read by them). Everything was clean and comfortable and the apartment was well laid out.
Because it's a heritage building there are some pluses and minuses. The pluses are the lovely foyer, quaint lifts and the overall ambiance. The minuses - only one really and that's noisy plumbing. You could hear water running down the pipes in the wet areas as other guests used the facilities above you.

hotel and service were great. staff were nice and helpful although wifi didn't work the whole duration of my stay (6 nights).

walk 50m and there is a free city loop in front of rendezvous hotel

Great location only 5 mins walk to Mall and Eagle Street, etc.
