affordable price with good facilities. 10 minutes walk from downtown, people who doesn't like to walk will have to take taxi or rented vehicles. Better sound proofing would be preferred for rooms at the ground floor, as the noise of neighbouring room closing doors is annoying. The hotel is nice, newly renovated, well located at approx 10min walk from downtown Queens Street. Apples provided at the front desk were very fresh and tasty.It is 5min walk from the Roma Train Station, and 10min walk away from the Queen Street bus station. Public transport linkage is excellent which makes it possible to avoid rented vehicle or relying on taxi. Cost of living, and price of food is expensive by Malaysian local standard.On-line booking through Agoda has provided an excellent deal, good value for money!

Very good location, recently renovated and everything was very nice. The hotel has already undergone a complete renovation and it looks like it has recently been reopenned for public. Unfortunatelly, there were some works still going on and we woke up due to some noise at 7 am. There was lot of dust at the ground floor. We have not try the restaurant yet.

Quite far if walk to Quenn Street. Around 20 mins walk. Toilet very small. Shopping Tip : 20 mins walk to Queen Street, you'll shop until drop.
