Excellent free Spring Hill loop bus practically at doorstop.

Excellent, reasonably priced restaurant.
Although we had some difficulty finding the Watermark it was more to do with the strange way the street turns left at the traffic lights but remains Wickham Terrace, than the hotel itself. I wouldn’t recommend walking from Roma Street Station as it is all uphill. However, there is an excellent free Spring Hill loop bus practically at the doorstop of the hotel. You could catch it at Central Station to get to the Watermark easily with your luggage.
We stayed at the Watermark following a hospital visit and were very happy with the quiet rooms and close proximity to the hospital. The rooms were clean but Standard rooms only have one bed. We needed to upgrade (AUD$20) to get two very comfortable double beds. We dined at the good quality, reasonably priced restaurant.
Staff were helpful and happy to store luggage early and also looked after it the following day when we got the free bus to Queen Street mall for some shopping.
Our only fault with the Watermark was the pool. My companion wanted to spend some time in the pool but it was in need of a good clean. We were particularly happy we could use our Agoda rewards points towards the cost of our stay and would definitely consider staying at the Watermark again.
Travel tip : The excellent free Spring Hill loop bus practically at the doorstop of the Watermark goes to Queen Street Mall via Central station. Runs every 10 minutes during the day.

Not very convenient location.
Modern and clean facilities with ample parking. Very comfortable. Location not very convenient as you cannot just walk to the city centre.
