Solo travelers Australia, May 03, 2013	dump most of the rooms but eventually got the best resteraunts,art gallery,casino,library esplanade and lagoon pool round the corner on the espanade 9 very lassie fair attitude of staff but if you create enough eventually get what you want ater beening shown into 2 rooms and refusing to stay in either was shown into a third which was clean with a large window but no view and it was quiet

Couples Australia, December 29, 2012	The service was not very professional location needs more signs 4 Items failing the 3 star approval test include: no complimentary biscuits, coffee cups were dirty, TV didn't work snowy screen, bedside windows had broken locks with window hanging out of its runner. Edge strip partly remove from bench top. Advertised continental brekfeast did not exist. Exit door sign not clearly visible.
