Near to wharf to Great Barrier Reef

I was lucky to get upgraded to executive floor, so following comments are based on my experience on staying in executive room with king size bed.
Price are good and considered affordable to couples.
Location of hotel is near wharf to Great Barrier Reef so that you don't need to wake up so early to catch a shuttle and around 10 minutes walk to The Lagoon and City Square. Hotel is next to a river and a little bit away from city center, so it is quite quiet there. Sea view room is basically block by another building but you may still see some. Remember to request for when you book the hotel.
Staff is very nice and performs very well.
Hotel is fabulous, air-conditioned, clean, etc. Room card is need in lift to press the buttons for better security.
Room is quite big and has a little balcony. My room was not a sea view one but still can see a little bit (I was in room 916). There are a big glass table for your computer and a nice chair for your comfort. Bed is very large.
Free Wifi access is provided in the lobby, although it is a little bit slow. Swimming pool opens 6am - 10pm and gym room opens 24-hours.

before i booked this hotel, i saw another comments on all cairns hotel: 'don't expect too much'. i cannot say hilton is good or bad, location is good, right next to the pier, casino. restaurants are just 15mins walk from hotel. free wifi in the lobbby. room is big and clean. but i think if you looking for something high end, grand or modern, guess there's nothing there at the moment.
