Courtesy shuttle to town
Great room for a good price Comfy beds, nice furniture, roomy bathroom. This is a great hotel for the price. They offer a courtesy shuttle every hour to the town, very convenient. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome and it wasn't a problem if you asked questions or needed something. I was expecting an important package and they were very accommodating in noting that in our account. They were also concerned if I received it - a very personal touch.

Great room for a good price
Excellent front desk personnel - very accommodating Make the breakfast more reasonably priced. This is a great hotel for the price. Comfy beds, nice furniture, roomy bathroom. It's not a luxury hotel but many standards above just the basics. The front desk personnel were exceptionally helpful. You got the feeling that they really wanted to make your stay nice. I had lost my credit card and was expecting one to arrive there and when it didn't they were concerned and checked many areas for me and made many notes on my account, very helpful!
Travel tip : The hourly shuttle service to town was very convenient and reliable! A great extra to have.

Free shuttle bus to city center. Easy acces to airport. Great Service. We have stayed here for five nights. The location is quite good. It is 5 minutes drive from city center. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to city center every hours. The hotel staffs are very nice. Sometimes there are too many customers to take one bus, so they take the first group of people to the city and then come back to pick up the second group. During my stay, they gave me some good information about where to go and how to go.
Another good part about the room is it has a balcony. We could hang a rope between two sticks and dry our clothes in the balcony.
The hotel is also near to the airport. You can take a comfortable taxi rather than book the expensive airport shuttle bus.

Room size; front desk staff I was at this hotel for 1 night only, waiting for a diving trip. Checked in very late at night and was welcomed by very nice reception staff. I was upgraded to a larger suite (without asking), which was quite good. Room was very large, but looked a bit dated and not 100% clean, but nothing concerning. There was also a small kitchen with appliances, etc, which should be very usefull for longer stays. Very good value for money here. I didn't need to go to the ciuty center, but they do provide a regular shuttle.

rooms were very clean front desk very helpful and great hourly bus to city centre cafe food very tasty service good air con in room a bit noisy and took two days to fix wardrobe door this hotel is great place to stay in Cairns It is very clean staff very helpfull the cafe does a great coffee and food tasty service very quick .You just walk out the door on to the Esplanade for a great walk It is good value for money and the shuttle bus is a great service.

friendly, helpful people
Comfortable bed Stained carpet in room, bathroom mold, worn and dated decor. A bit depressing. Restaurant Tip : Why not offer a value in your dinning room that encourages customers to dine with you. We walked to the pizza place two blocks away because it was close and no other options to avoid paying double. Went to bakery in same plaza for breakfast.

Close to airport - $15 by taxi.
Close to the beach. 20 mins walk to the city.
Smell in the corridor.
Bad service.
The hotel looks much better on the picture and their website. The swimming pool was very small. We requested a wake-up call to go to the airport but they forgot to do it - oops! Its good we did not rely on it, otherwise we would have missed our plane.
