For my wife and I the hotel was too big (200+ rooms) and consequently we found it a bit impersonal. Compared to smaller hotels that we had stayed in we felt a bit anonymous at the Shangri la.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Helicopter trip to the barrier reef.
