Wonderful stay, very efficient staff, fast check-in and check-out, very comfortable bed, quiet location, ten minute walk to shops, restaurant, Coles supermarket, cooking facilities in room, views of Parliament Hill, large park across the road, walking distance to Manuka Oval, free car parking, safe up-market area, lovely area to walk around.

The floor was clean and the bed was large (though it was a bit too soft for my liking). The room was quite comfortable for a simple overnight stay. I also liked the location - short walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

location is near manuka terrace, friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out

This hotel is located near Manuka Terrace so it was very convenient. Within a 10-minute walk I could get to the supermarket and various restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were friendly and they were especially efficient during check-in and check-out. Rooms were clean. I was just unfortunate to have noisy neighbours or I would have enjoyed my stay a little more, but that was no fault of the hotel's.
