Really good accomodation for the price.
Close to the attractions of Canberra, decent sized room, clean and the staff were friendly.

This hotel was great for us. We stayed there only for the one night as we passed through Canberra and it was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well done.

the location of the hotel makes it suitable mostly for guests with their own cars, which was not our case. still, the bus stop right in front has a regular service running the 10km into the city where we had most of our activities. the deal we chose at the time of booking turned out to be great, we had one of the biggest rooms of the hotel at an unbeatable price, even if we take into account the bus fares to get into the city. peaceful suburban surroundings, though that means no shops nearby for any basic things we needed to buy. we didn't use much of the hotel facilities, they were fine for our needs. we had little to ask of the staff, but whenever we did, they always responded well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This is not what most are going to expect: the area around the hotel is perfect for a refreshing run! We were in Canberra for a family event more than for tourism, so we weren't focused on typical sightseeing. As we run semi-competitively, it was great to see that the hotel was in a low-traffic, open area where we could jog around to our heart's content before joining the rest of the family in the city. That was an attraction for us.

i liked this hotel, the service is good and great location to city. next time, i will stay at all seasons if i visited Canberra. this hotel is good conditions but the room is small and the smell is not good, maybe not enough the fresh air or i do not know. but i like to stay in all seasons group.
Hopefully I've got the time to go to canberra or another city and i will stay at all seasons.

Kids had a ball -especially at breakfast.
Was terrific for out school holiday stay. Close enough to everygthing.

2nd time have stayed but this time with the kids. again breakfast being included was the best thing about this hotel. although it was only supposed to be a continental breakfast (you had to pay extra for the full cooked buffet) my kids blurred the lines a bit - the temptation was too great. again, i found the rooms quite nice but aged. at a special price through agoda it was great value, but i don't think i would pay the regular price.

the hotel was comfortable the bathroom was very modern and well designed we found the staff very helpful the inclusion of a hot breakfastmde it an exceptionally good rate the hot breakfast was enjoyable though the dining room was very busy and we had to wait for a table

this hotel was not too far from the cbd which was good but i thought despite the face lifts it still felt like an old building. the standard room had not had it's bathroom renovated and it was really dated. otherwise the only other drawback was the noise from in the hallways sounded very loud in the room. i don't think i would pay the regular price for this room but for the discount i got through agoda it was good value.
