Location and friendly staff
Desperate need of refurbishment, old pillows like bags of potatoes and horrible (EWW yuck) expensive food via room service
Well I thought if it is a Novotel it has to be good. Oh boy was I wrong!! Except for the Location and friendly staff this has to be one of the biggest disappointments in hotel that I have experienced. WAY tooo expensive for what it is worth. Say a two stars hotel?? Room not cleaned properly was another complaint and things not restocked in either bathroom or mini bar also annoyed me. It seems that they are too cheap to restock it properly.
Restaurant Tip : Don't eat at the hotel, certainly not in room service!
