It was good but the bathroom facilities need upgrading particularly the shower area. There is a big gap between the door and the jamb giving no privacy.I had to wait as someone had locked the outside door meaning the second shower in the room could not be accesse

The hostel was very clean and basic but it had everything we needed and was quiet. Great having a wash basin in the room. The hosts are friendly and helpful. My mother and I enjoyed our stay in Canberra. Only point to notice is there is only a fan in the room and it was quite warm on the west side. I would not liked to have been there in hot weather.
