Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Convenient to downtown, staff try to be helpful.
Not a real accommodating place. The bunkbeds were broken and very noisy, the bathrooms moldy and in need of repair. Most of the washers and dryers in the dirty laundry room were broken and expensive. Had to purchase a special internet card, the few computers were always busy and then the internet room closed at 8 p.m.
Evidently, there are two wings in the "hotel" - the hotel itself and a backpacker accommodation. We stayed in the backpacker portion of the hotel. My advice would be to pay a little more for a better experience somewhere else. The backpacker wing of the hotel is not worth the money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Kakadu National Park is awesome, but don't go there when it is summer - it is blazing hot and insects are abundant.
