Drink vouchers on arrival. Drinks in the bar were expensive Staying at the hotel during the festive season to
avoid late night driving. A great location. Great value booking through Agoda. Room had a nice view of the pool and city. Recommended location.

Nightlife Tip : Nightlife close at Mitchell Street. Dont walk the Esplanade at night time.

the staff that we did deal with were courteous and friendly and one young lass went out of her to way to explain things even though she was busy
restaurant very nice Our room was comfortable but the hotel itself bit on the old side , needs a tidy up, our shower barely ran allthough we had told the staff about it, they are really busy on reception and at times poorly staffed there. The hotel is situated very nicely on the Esplanade which is one street back from the main street, which is full of restaurants and nightlife.oldish hotel needs a tidy up, but comfortable, bit slow at reception at times, but the odd staff were very good.pool area was clean and tidy, and the hotel restaurant was good value for money. check out was extended to 12 mid day free of charge which was good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : all the cruises and tourist attractions and there were heaps

very nice hotel, kindly staff, ocena view, near city centre, very clean hotel breakfeast was the same each day, We spent 4 days in hotel Holiday Inn in Drwin. When we came into hotel and gave our agoda voucher to receptionist she did not know what she hold in his hand. we we explaind to her that we booked this hotel from agoda she went to ask her boos is this ok. Agoda charged my credit card when i made i reservation but receptionist sad that we have to pay in the hotel. Real mess.And breakfest i reserved room whit breakfeast but she said that we do not have i breakfeast included in pour price but voucher was for bed and breakfeast. Otherwise the hotel is nice and clean and we recomend thi hotel to other people.
