Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

lifts - quick alwayss available
expensive restaurant with very slow service and poor choice.
No hot water for the whole of the 3 days stay. Reported to the reception daily. They said they would fix it. Never did. After the second night they left a complimentory plate of (not very fresh) fruit. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager after another day with out hot water. I complained about not having any hot water and he apologised and offered me the opportunity to shower in another room somewhere else in the hotel. I said this would not really mean I was receiving ensuite facilities for which I had paid. I asked for some sort of financial compensation he said he could not reimburse me any money as I had paid through an agent - you! He did offer me a free meal in the restaurant that night but we had arranged to meet friends and eat in their hotel for our last night so he voided the cost of the meal on our first night approximately 38 pounds. As we had paid 268 pounds I did not really feel this was proportionate to having cold showers for 3 nights and days but there was nothing else they could do and never once did they offer to change out room.
Restaurant Tip : Much better restaurants in town across the road.

Internet connection speed.
Mineral water is little bid expensive.
If you stay for sightseeing, it is no problem. Moreover, if you stay for business, it is also no problem to work especially by using internet.

no minibar in room, restricted access to bar/pool area
While we enjoyed our stay and thought is was reasonable value for quality of rooms, we were frustrated that we couldn't access bar/pool area due to a function. Also we arrived late at night and it was inconvenient to have to ring for minibar. Great location and staff were friendly and reasonably efficent - but could be more professional.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : close to town and harbour area.
