I had booked this ages ago for guests for a wedding, But Bayside hotel is more then happy to upgrade some room, but will not change anythings else. Trying to un-upgrade , after guests numbers changes

Wonderful loction by the water

they are upgrading the wifi which will ensure every room has good cover that is not available at present.
the hotel's public space with its bar, cafe and restaurant offers a wide range of dining and relaxing opportunities from casual to formal. the wonderful views from there of the bay enhance the experience.
Travel tip:
A good walk 15 - 20 minute to the main shopping areas.
A bus stop just across the road is a quicker less tiring option to go to town or find the nightlife
The pathways along the foreshore are easy and flat so take a stroll along the bollard walkway a feature of Geelongs waterfront area.

Only stayed one night but room was clean and plenty of room to spread yourself out.
Breakfast was available and restaurant was open in evening,great range of foods available.

Motel-style hotel in good location

The standard rooms and the bed were a little small. And some furnishures and the bathroom seemed a little outdated.
The description said "Hotel and Appartments", the place is build up more like a typical motel though.
There was also a food voucher for 25% off on dinner in their restaurant, which came in handy for us.

Lovely hotel with nice view to the sea view
The hotel is near to the city centre

Plenty of car park spaces.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is located to the nearby attractions such as helicopter rides, cruises, botanic garden, etc. We had a lot of fun moving around the town centre and shopping and eating. No problem with food as there are various types of food available here.
