Awesome location, could not ask for anywhere better.
Short walk to restaraunts and shops. Room was a little tired. But otherwise great. Staff while friendly and efficient, but lacked enthusiasm in what they did. Did not make the guest feel special The location is awesome, rooms excellent and well appointed, if a not a little tired. No instructions for appliance (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer) Furniture was good but a couple of items needed upgrading as they were starting to show there age. Staff while friendly and efficient, but lacked enthusiasm in what they did. The guy who handled our check out would not have said more than a dozen words to us.
Hotel Feature Tip : The bar has happy hour from 5-7pm 7 days a week and is great value.

Dining areas were great, as well as the chai latte. One problem, I was not advised when checking in that I had to renew my car park ticket daily, quite frustrating when trying to exit the area with an expired ticket. Room, view, facilities all excellent, even a washing machine as well as the oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, it was great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Easy access to trams to visit the CBD of Adelaide.

This is a great family holiday location and you won't be disappointed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Beachouse at Glenelg is a must for the kids. Lots of fun and great value.
