-very clean,modern apartment
-friendly receptionist
We were able to check in before two pm. The check in were fast and efficient. The reception staff is friendly.The apartment definitely feels like home. The location very strategic and convenient as it is less than 5 minutes walk to Q1 observation deck and about 8 minutes walk to Cavill Avenue.
We will definitely choose this apartment if we are coming back to Gold Coast.

good location, 2 blocks from beach. close to cavill ave and shops. short bus ride to jupiters casino. the rooms were nice with plenty of space and 2 balconys ( 1bedroom ocean view) kitchen well equiped. pool, sauna, steamroom, and hottub.
no housekeeping, wanted fresh towels, receptionist said the room was "self contained" so we had to wash our oun towels! no one made the bed, so we had to clean our own unit...thats no vacation, and the hotel isnt cheap!
overall great experience, loved the spacious balconies and the room was nice, recently renovated and very clean! no restaurant on site. but room service available from local restaurants.

Artique is well positioned, has great views and excellent apartment layouts
Our stay at artique was very enjoyable because of the great location in the middle of Surfers, a short walk to the beach and central mall. The floor to ceiling windows gave a wonderful 180 degree view from the ocean to the mountains and it was great to wake in the morning to beautiful sunshine streaming in. The one bedroom apartment also had an excellent daybed for lounging as well as two good sized balconies facing south. This modern property is well worth the stay and we have no hesitation to return.
