I like the family room given to us as it was facing the jacuzzi when you walked outside the door. Pool, sauna and gym are good as well.

The room was a great size, location not as good as I thought, was a fair walk to get to the shops and nightlife.
Was however a good location for bus routes, as there was a bus stop just outside.
The room had everything we needed.

Loved staying at this hotel. The room are very big and everything was clean. The in room menu is great especially when you get in late. The BLT toasted sandwich is awesome. Very impressed with this motel and we will definately be booking in here again when we bring the children as the rooms will accomodate them also.
Shopping Tip:
Make Harbourtown a must. The best factory shopping centre I've ever been too. It's really the only place you need to go to shop. Incredible bargains to be had.

staff at helpdesk seemed to be helpful but indeed not honest. too many excuses and blamed the system. comparatively far from the central and have to walk for 13 mins to the downtown for shopping malls, restaurants, etc...

we got given a 1 bedroom apartment so had room for other visitors to have a drink etc. carpark was good for my jetski.
pool and spa was nice to use. location is close to the beach /surfers but far enough to not see all the action at night.

Very accommodating! The staff was very helpful.
Went with other family members...all 3 rooms got upgraded to suites/spa room as there were vacancies. loved our stay there.
Saw the twin room prior to upgrade...Just a note that it is a bit too tiny. However if there are no young children and you just want to sleep, it's good enough
Didn't experience parking problems as described by other guests, but maybe because we were there off-peak season(16-23 march 2012)

I liked the room with the size, cleanliness, and the beautiful blue oceanview avross the road. I just regret that we didn't have enough time to try the spa, sauna and the swimming pool. Also, the staff are helpfull and friendly. It absolutely worth the room charge and we sould like to come back again. Although, the shower booth was little bit inconvinient to place the stuff and we needed a microwave and wifi in the room.
Restaurant Tip:
We really enjoyed the wax museum. Especially tour of punishment was really impact.

although the property is a little bit off from the beach and shop area, the hotel and room are very clean and comfortable. bathroom is clean and spacious, equited with everything you need during travel. beach towel provided which is nice. complimentary breakfast is not bad too. internet kiosk charge is too pricey though.
