Great location, great ocean views
Great views, great location, indoor and outdoor pools great for the kids

The room was quite large, nice views, close to everything, the only down side was the cleanliness of the room, as soon as we stepped off the lift we could smell vomit, the smell was so strong in our room it was digusting, then we found vomit on the curtains next to the lounge, this was highly disgusting, it ruined our stay.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of surfers paradise.The rooms are certainly large and clean.The view is second to none as we had a high floor.The hotel itself I would rate as four star with very nice rooms.The only thing I could say is having holidayed around the world a lot Australian hotels for the price need to improve there customer service a lot as we always feel like just another number in our own country but special everywhere else.
Still this has nothing to do with this hotel just in general.
This hotel as it goes I would recommend no problem.

Hotel Feature Tip:
Very convenient for shopping and eating places by walking through underground car parks. Liking the balcony a lot and good view to beach and night scenes. Big Bedrooms, air cond comes in handy for hot days, dining table is huge as well. Kids love the tv programmes especially sponge bobs. Swimming pools are great leisure for us all and spa, sauna are very enjoyable.

Very reasonable priced.
Apartment was nice but lacking some of the features other guests said were included in their apartments.
For example, there was no television in the bedroom as was the case in other apartments.
Other small omissions were irritating such as a pepper but no salt shaker in the kitchen and only enough crockery and cutlery for one meal necessitating the dishwasher to be put on after every meal.
The water in the indoor spa was not warm and it was annoying to find there were no towels provided for pool use.
Nevertheless, the price was very reasonable however, we felt we would rather pay more to get more next time

Lovely hotel in great location

The hotel is in perfect location. Chevron Renaissance center is just around the corner. Cruise wharf is only 5 minutes away. The suite is fully equipped with all appliances... just like living at home. Big living room and dining room. Wonderful view from the balcony. Reception staff is very friendly. Access the hotel and parking lot with security control but convenient.

Huge room but very dissapointing

This hotel was very disappointing the room was large but that was all it had going for it. It was smelly and musty, the bathrooms were mouldy. It was a cold weekend and the only heating was a tiny fan heater. The spare blankets smelt. Not a pleasant place to stay.
