A little curt when we arrived 5pm Sunday
position and appears to be recently refurbished- our room at least

Standby rates less than Agoda price. Nice and roomy and a great location on the gold coast. Our room was fine but rooms facing the Gold Coast Highway may be noisy. Well decked out but tea making facilities and soaps a little on the light side if staying more than 2 nights.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
when you book this accomodation also book a night at Dracula's Dinner and show ...this show is so popular it is booked out weeks in advance , so book early. it's just across the road an easy 5 minute walk

Nice hotel for a couple, not child friendly

Lovely hotel for a young couple or friends. being multistory I was very concerned about the balcony and our toddler. when we went swimming the spa is right next to the pool and my 2 yr old was fascinated by it. I think it should be separated from the pool and that includes the button to turn on the spa.
The smoke alarms are extremely sensitive, we only made pasta and the steam from the boiled water almost set it off.
Our bed was uncomfortable. and so was the portacot for my son as he kept waking in the middle of the night, but that could also be because it was very noisy as the hotel is on a main intersection and you hear trucks breaking etc
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We loved Movie world it is the best for a toddler. Also White water world has a wiggle bay which my 2 yr old loved

We really enjoyed our stay. Was relaxing and clean, and the cafe at the resortbwas delicious and reasonably price.
Would recommend to our family and friends for sure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Definitely visit Dreamworld, it is unreal! Also Burleigh is a gorgeous little seaside town and has some wonderful look outs with stunning views of the coastline.
