Just a short walk away is the Budds Beach, and less than 500 meters away is the Surfers Paradise Beach. The Budds offers fully furnished guestrooms along side with caring and professional services. Great Location, close to shops
Comfortable room, free foxtel bonus, close to shops.

Unfortunately as soon as you walked into the room, there was an awful smell coming from kitchen area, everything was clean but could not find the smell (staying for a short time didn't have time to report it).
Both fans did not work in the room, but luckily the air con worked great.
Close to main rd, but far enough to avoid all the traffic noise.
It was nice to be able to walk to my conference on the weekend without having to walk a long distance, shops were within walking distance as well. Wifi was advertised but you have to pay for it.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to shops & night life.

Great location, friendly staff, but ran down room

Room very ran down, called many time re. Plumbing not rear great, flush didn't work all time etc. globes on lights need replacing, does not have wifi, and they advertise foxtel which also doesn't have, you get what you pay for

Great apartments
Nice, clean, heated pool, close to surfers only 10 mnutes walk and very firendly staff.

We stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed our stay each time, the apartments are clean, staff are helpful and the pool is lovely and heated.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good place to be based as its not in the centre but to far away
