Great stay with nice beach view and friendly staff

Good and absolutely happy stay with my family, will definitely stay there again if we're ever in Gold Coast Australia. Both Manager Brenda and Steve is very helpful and our room view of the beach is to die for. Definitely will recommend others to stay in Capricon One, clean apartment hotel with great view, easy access to dinning restaurants and shopping, central location to all themeparks for the kids.

There's 3 thing to complain:
1) charge us extra for extra 1 person. If we were to know its so exp, we wont book this hotel.
2) there's a lot of thumbnail on the floor carpet.
3 there's no free wifi provided. Everything need money.
4) there's no hot water for bath for the secons person to go bath. It means there only little hot water supply which oni sufficient for 1 person.

Self containment with complete cooking facilities, good TV & the various availabale channels, clean environment esp bedrooms & toilets

It was definitely a very good choice, great value for money. High floor with a fantastic view - ocean view in front, and lake view behind us. Not much traffic noise either. Clean bedrooms & clean bedlinens were provided. Adequate beddings, pillows & blankets too. Just great arrangement for our family of 4. Car park & driving around were very convenient as well. We have always enjoyed our stays in Gold Coast. And Capricorn One made this trip a complete family holiday for us. No complaints whatsoever.
