This hotel is not guest-friendly at all. There is a man walking around checking on people and making sure everyone checking out on time! Remember you got to dispose your trash otherwise you have to pay penalty. And it is not in the town center and far from beach.

I stay in the only refurbished room of the hotel, which was very nice and clean. It is very well located - 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise and 20 minutes from Broadbeach walking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there on another opportunity.

The hotel is located at club surfers which has some of the most beautiful beaches on Gold Coast. The hotel is a service apartment with every room located on both sides facing the courtyard. The hotel has facilities including barbecue pit, squash court and swimming pool. We are very pleasant with our stay and would like to mention that the front desk uncle has been very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want to save money on your trip to Gold Coast, get a Go-Card! It gives you 30% discount on bus/train fairs and free rides after 9th rides in a week. The public transport runs long hours and gets you to everywhere including all the attractions and airport!

We booked 2 rooms for 6 persons (3 persons for each room) and we have a very good impression for the refurbished room because it was new and clean set of a room. The other room that we got is unrefurbished room, it was ok but it might need improvement to get more customers to come over. The hotel room's concepts is similar with studio apartment thus it is very convenience. Basically, we were satistied with the clean room, service and great location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A lot of buses opposite the hotel to go Harbour Town Shopping Centre and Theme park (movie world, seaworld, etc). It was just 10-15 mins walking to the surfer paradise beach.

Comfortable place to stay.
Walking distance to Gold Coast Paradise. Is convinent to take a bus, just along Gold Coast Highway.

Peaceful quite place to stay. Bus stop is just few meters away and is convinent. There are buses that take you to all places of interest. And room is clean and has all facilities, cooking and laundry. You can walk to Surfers Paradise or take a bus, is only 2 stops away. The road is abit messy cause construction of light rail in progress. Complete by 2014.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are many stalls around Surfers Paradise selling multi ticket to places of attraction and value price. Currumbin Wildlife Scantuary is one of the place you shouldn't missed.

The lady behind the reception desk was frindly, helpful and always smiling.
