Families with older children Singapore, December 17, 2012	Dont know anything about this hotel Disappointed with their response 4.7 We were very very disappointed when we were told that they could only give us the lower floor of the hotel although we requested for high floor. The hotel was pretty warm, especially at nite we were only given fans in the rooms. There was only one outlet at the dining area. We had a big cockcroach flying into the apartment and my wife and myself have insect bitten marks the next morning. The plus point with the hotel is that we have great view of the ocean from our balcony. The car park lot was decent enough. It is pretty near to the Gold Coast Airport. Overall, we were disappointed.
