Friendly staff, 3 minutes walk to the beach, clean rooms, great seaside views. The quality of the in-house, room service meals needs to be improved. I was pleasantly surprised when GCI Hotel upgraded my room to a floor suite, which includes a spa tub and a pillow menu! The room was bright, airy and clean. Reception staff were friendly and the room service was prompt. In my opinion, an area that requires further improvement would be the quality of the room service food. I ordered the squid on the first night and the charred lemon left a bitter aftertaste. Standard breakfast fare (bacon, eggs and mushroom) was a little too oily, with too few mushrooms.

hotel was worth for its value. it's satisfaying b/c it's right next to china down and the station. bathroom condition was very poor. both of the toilet and the shower couldn't b/c the drainer as stuck. It's nasty. Need to improve the room service performance.
Themoney spend wasn't too worth to spend here! The hotel need to improve its room service performance. Need to check the bathroom and clean the floor and to change the bedsheet. It was kind of yacky finding someone else hair.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : very close to chinatown and the station.

Spacious and luxurious rooms at affordable prices Poor wifi access in rooms, no connectivity with direct cable internet. These must come free in a hotel room package. The ocean view provided with each room in this hotel is spectacular. Not only the hotel is within walking distance to the shopping areas, it provides taxi visibility that offers transport to tourist destinations. The rooms are spacious and creatively designed. Wi-fi internet access though must be provided for free of charge or yet included in the hotel room package. Or maybe, price the internet fee in the business lounge lower or retain the price but provide longer times. We had a great time here, thank you.
