Just 3km from airport; fewer rowdy tourists; clean rooms; I believe the views in every room is excellent.

Great for families and those who do not want to spend 20 minutes and large cab fares to Surfers Paradise. Cheap car rentals nearby.

We arrived in the very early hours of the morning due to our flight being diverted to Brisbane. I can only say the out of hours service was brilliant. We only stayed there 4 hours as we had to travel back home so we left before 7am the morning we arrived. The hotel was very clean, was in a great location and while we didn't actually have the time to relax and enjoy our stay we did enjoy staying at Greenmount Beach Resort. As we only slept there I can say the beds were soooooo comfortable, the linen was beautiful and fresh. If only we had time to enjoy our stay more. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The receptionist the next morning has great customer service skills... I work in the customer service industry so her service with a smile was greatly appreciated to us weary travellers. I will certainly recommend Greenmount Beach Resort to all of my fellow travellers.

Stay bby the sea in sleepy Coolangatta. But this hotel has little else to offer. The rooms aredated and musty, the management not the most flexible with guest requests and the food is probably the least value for money in the rea. But stay there for the location if that's all that matters to you.

We enjoyed staying at Greenmount. The location was perfect and the rooms adequate and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was in close proximity to walks and shops. My only concern was the lift which appeared a bit dodgy at times.
Breakfast was an added bonus and yummy. Good pool facilities and restuarant. The hotel was nice and quiet as it was away from the main streets.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If arriving in Coolangatta by bus, the closest bus stop to Greenmount is in the middle of the main street, so get a taxi to Greenmount Hotel if you have lots of luggage as it is quite a hike up the hill to the hotel if you are lugging lots of weight.

The hotel is well located near the airport and beach area. I loved the view from my balcony.
The only setback is there are limited car park lots during weekends.
There is a restaurant downstairs which closed early. If you wish to rest and relax in the hotel room, room service will be a good choice.
