We could see a lovely sea view in our room.

Good location but just a basic Room

Booked a standard room with King size bed. Nothing special about this hotel except the location (only 5 to 10 mins walk to Surfers Paradise beach & close to many shopping centres). The Lobby was modern designed but the room was a bit old.

we had quite an ordeal as i booked the wrong date
much appreciated your company took the time with me also
a beautiful lady "yolanda" what an angel tried so hard to help
for around an hour on the phone to help with the booking as a support person too
eventually the date was sorted out my husband an i were able to have our 1 night away
on arrival we were met by the lovely yolanda ,
we truly had a wonderful weekend but it was really made special by the little discount vouchers she handed me ,i was extremely greatful!
what a generous beautiful lady and great hotel to stay
i will remember the stay so fondly, many many thanks

A hotel with great location and friendly staff

Overall, the hotel was good. The facilities and amenities are reasonable and well maintained. The location is the best as it is near everything, do that's the best thing of the hotel. However, when we arrived, it was already 9pm and we were given the 6th floor which had a bad view of the water tank and a part of the pool view. The hotel has a counter which offers tours to places near Surfer's and took a tour with them. The lady, I think her name was Pat, was nice to us and helped us book the tour and confirm our whale watching tour which we booked on another website. The only downfall is there was no free wifi for guests.
Shopping Tip:
There are plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Asian western supermarkets, groceries stores, branded stores to cheap clothing stores. The clubs are nearby too. Plus, the riviera is a stone's throw away.

Convenient Hotel to the Center of Surfers
This hotel is right in the middle of town - main beach

Rooms are very small & overpriced compared to what is available on the Gold Coast.
However, offers some of the most spectacular views of the Pacific ocean on offer from nearly every room.
Very Enjoyable stay
Shopping Tip:
shopping is overpriced. Take a bus to Broadbeach pacific fair to shop

This hotel is great for the party person as you cannot be closer. Also panoramic ocean views from nearly every room
Also located right on Cavill St Mall main beach which is right in the middle of the Nightlife hub of the Gold coast & only meters from the ocean.
Can nearly fish from your Balcony.
Nightlife Tip:
Merely meters away from at least 15 different clubs & pubs. Try them all

It is connected to shopping mall and hard rock café. Great shopping location and easily accessible to direct public buses which can bring you to places such as movie world, wet and wild, sea world, shopping areas like harbour town, Australian fair, gold coast airport and train station.
big spacious family room with 1 king size and 2 twin beds. Clean and neat. However, the wardrobe doors are full mirrored. My kids feel very uncomfortable about it.
