This is a great place to stay. The hotel is busy but yet practical. So many things at easy reach. Location is perfect, not far from the airport, close to the beach and shops, just perfect.

From check-in to check-out this was a really pleasant stay, everything was just as you would like it to be at every hotel stay, the staff were as efficient as I've ever seen anywhere and acted on every request when made not in a couple of hours but there and then.
There is obviously a Casino onsite but if that's not your thing then it doesn't overly intrude.

Generally good, but two things are annoying about staying here: despite paying in advance and insuring a credit card fee you take $100 off my credit card and then tell me it will take five working days to reimburse me. If Coles or Woolies tried this on there would outrage at the tills. Second, you wanted me to pay $25 for 24 hours of internet access: this is a rip off and you should simply hide it in the price of the price of the room.
