If anyone was wondering what that crystal-lit golden area of the sky was, it’s the massive Phoenician Resort Apartment complex, with stunning views of the entire area. Nice rooms, clean, well equipped!
Very expensive in-room internet use!No breakfast room! Very strict with check-in/ check -out times (2pm - 10am)
For a business traveler absolute not recommended.
I arrived after an intercontinental flight, being over 27 hours on the road, at 8:30 at the hotel and the response was that the hotel policy allows check-in at 2pm only. That's not what you need after such a long and tiring trip, sending you back on the road for another 6 hours. Then internet costs me 65A$ for 700MB, can only be paid by VISA or Master card, not on hotel bill.
In-room phone, TV and some lamps did not work when i finally got in my room, indicating that the room hasn't been in use for some time. For holiday travelers it might be a good place, but nothing for business travelers!!
