Low key, relaxed, all necesary features. 7.7 I chose this over a hotel as I prefer a home-like atmosphere when I travel for business. The staff were friendly and accomodating to my needs. The carpet needs replacing but not a major drawback if you are there to enjoy the local attractions. Travel tip: Be aware of the reception opening hours. Thought after hours arrangements are satisfactory too.

Couples Australia, January 30, 2012	Very friendly, helpful staff. central, full cooking facilities with crockery etc 8.7 the staff were very friendly & could not have done more to make our stay great. the rooms & pool & surrounding areas were very clean. with the good cooking facilities available it was a shame there was no gas bottle for the bbq that we were all prepared to use on a number of occasions thinking it would be a one night problem. Nightlife Tip: Make use of the free drink coupons & courtesy bus to Kurrawa Surf Club.

Couples New Zealand, April 19, 2011	Great Service, GZood Location and Good Value Good Location, Heated Swimming Pool and Spa Pool, Great Hosts 8.3 We stayed here for our honeymoon, we found the location to be excellent, just one block from Pacific Fair shopping centre, and one block from the beach. Quiet and relaxed resort as it is away from central surfers but still close to all attractions, rental vehicle would be a recomendation (free underground parking provided), however bus stops on the main road only a few mins walk away. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Our only disappointment was that there was no oven or grill, but hotplates and microwave are provided. As it was a self catering resort the oven/grill made it difficult to make meals in, however a BBQ was provided free of charge in the pool area. The pool and spa area is nice, pool is a tad on the small side but heated. All round a very enjoyable stay.
