Big rooms with good customer service

The hotel is very nicely located as it is close to the surfers paradise breach. Too bad the weather was not very good when we arrive Gold Coast as it was raining heavily for 3 days. Therefore we can't do much activities. Also the heavy rain has caused our rooms leaking and made us had to move to another room. However the manager of outriggers was very friendly in helping us to solve the problem we had during our stay. The lobby of this hotel look very nice too.

Great and lovely experience for all day vacation.The public transport, beach and halal restaurants within 150 meter radius.The hotel staff extra ordinary people,very helpful and so friendly.The hotel room very suitable for us (2 adults and 2 kids).

The hotel provide 2 medium size of bed and no need for extra bed for us.

Good hotel with low price

We were going to Goldcoast for a weekend holiday. Booked online just 2 days before, we got a very attractive price. We arrived there quite late in the night, but the receptionist was very kind, and check-in process was very brief. Bedroom pretty big, with 2 fullsized beds can be used by the whole family. There was a clear glass-window from the bathroom facing the bedroom, with a rather old horizontal blind for privacy, but very strangely the blind was installed outside the bathroom. :(
Location is very good, near to everything. Beach within 5 minutes walking distance. There was a big convenient store around the corner, which helped so much. Concierge did the task very well. They helped us with arranging all the tours etc. Will be back some day!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Whale watching trip with the Seaworld ship was amazing. Humpback whales swam just around and under our ship. The other ships envied us!

location of this hotel was perfectly situated, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, reastaurants, entertainment center, bus stop to movie word, dream world, seaworld, etc.
friendly, approachable and polite staff.
breakfast was appetizing, tasty, and flavourful, especially the heavenly pancakes.
highly recommended for those who want to have an unforgettable vacation in gold coast!

Beach can be seen even in the city view rooms, and the hotel is located quite close to the beach and has reasonable price.
If you travel with your kids this hotel is the answer because it has two full sised beds and quite spacy rooms.
