Apparently fairly new hotel but showing age

Room showing signs of age furniture appeared shabby missing TV in bed room holes in firniture where old lounge tv was room looked into next unit. Lift broke down no trolley to take excess to room staff said it was because of oil leaks in garage. Room cold could not get air conditioner to work. Why did I not complain had just arrived from NZ after flight tickets had been cancelled me and wife suffering worst case of flu ever just expected for a person who has travelled to your hotel several times over the past couple of years and unfortunatly are booked to stay again in september I would have expected better. Will not stay again after September

Convenient and close to Airport

We only stayed one night in a studio hotel room after our trip to Byron Bay and we wanted somewhere close to the beach and close to the Airport. This was the perfect spot and it was lovely to have a good hearty breakfast in the morning, with plenty of options, freshly cooked pancakes were delicious. One block from the Beach which would be lovely for a longer stay in an apartment. The Staff were very nice to deal with, quick check in and out.
Travel tip:
We fould Coolangatta a very quiet location on the Gold Coast strip, so good if you want to stay there and prefer a quieter place to relax

We had a great 2 days the hotel was close to the beach and twin towns the staff were very friendly. the food at breakfast was great. Parking was good and of course the weather was great as well. Also the room was equiped with a microwave and kitchen so we made our own dinner on the first night The shopping centre was close by and woolies did not close until 10pm Sat night.
Shopping Tip:
Go to woolies and buy your food and cook in the room to save yourself paying for dinner out, you can buy food and wine from Woolies in NSW.

Great location with beautiful beaches

Great location and friendly staff. Nice room and many tv stations. Six or seven restaurants however only used the breakfast restaurant. However did go for a walk and there are many nice restaurants near by however not cheap. Down sides to hotel are is no 24 hour food service, far to many pookie rooms and they were doing renovations closing the pool.

Hmm, didn't realise that this was a hotel with a club attached very much aimed at the 'older' generation. The apartment itself was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable. Ended up eating out every night though as didn't fancy the restaurants.

Excellent location, promote courteous service by all staff, clean spacious rooms but poorly designed eg; ph next to TV away from bed, 1 dining table type chair in double room so no where to sit. Road noise all night unless room is high up on the building. Room price was a little too much for the basics so I will try another hotel in the area next time

fantastic service, very posh breakfast felt a bit weird going down in my jamies, the connections the outrigger has to places around is awsome and seem good for a wedding for sure. I will now know outrigger and look out for the company wherever i go.
