The hotel's facilities were impressive and satisfied our needs. It was very clean and hygenic. There was a great variety of food in the buffet and it was delicious. The gym had very modern equipment while the sauna room's condition was excellent. The indoor swimming pool was elegant and enjoyable to swim in. The reception could improve their attitude towards helping customers solve problems. There was a misunderstanding with our room arrangement and the reception showed a negative and unenthusiastic approach to helping us.
When we requested for our car to be driven to the front of the hotel, there was a major delay which lasted 40 minutes before it was brought to us. The hotel looked elegant and high class that had well equiped facilities. It was clean and the food was good.
However, improvements can be made to the staff and their attitude towards helping the guests at the hotel. Further problems such as a room mix up and delays can be minimized with better communication.
Overall a pleasurable and comfortable stay that can be even better with stronger communication between staff.

Small boutique hotel, everything is branded with Versace, friendly service with delicious meals. Of course it's pricey but you get what you pay for.
Could hear next door/room's noise, not sure it's coming from the bottom of door or poor soundproof. Very luxury and great experience but pricey. In-room safe isn't big enough to put laptop so had to lock it up everyday, just in case.
Would have been nice, if their complimentary water keeps coming for the duration of my stay, rather than just the first day. Staffs are friendly but not much information on tours so be ready to grab yours from other hotels in Gold Coast.
