fantastic relax holiday,great service

everything we ask was broat to our room strite away with smile,great restorants,fantastic spa treatments,the only dissapoiment was that we reqvest king size bed in advance,but on cheak in,we were told,that they dont have any king size beds left,we even say that we happy to pay extra for any other room tipe,but no luck,so my husband and i end up sleeping in separate beds for 3 nights.

i would stay here again, however if you want to get out amongst the action broadbeach is where to be.
we were upgraded to a superior room which was very spacious.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure you hire a car- you need one.

Large rooms great location
The location is awesome just far enough out of the hustle of surfers but still close enough

The stay was great, friendly service and decent sized rooms. It's nice to stay in a resort that still pays attention to all the finer details. The only downfall was it took us quite a while to find our room as the corridors are really long, we were scared to have a few drinks at dinner as we were scared we wouldn't be able to find our room!

This was the best holiday myself and my partner have had together. The staff were happy to help with any requests, the hotel was amazing, the food was mouthwatering, our room was stunning and the bed was big enough to get lost in.

the versace hotel is nice. its also very very expensive for what it is. weekends are extremely busy with crowds of people at breakfast, in the cafe, around the pool & sticky beaking in the lobby.
we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back with children. its not a place to go and relax however. its busy, brass & flashy!! we booked a massage which was anything but relaxing. it was expensive (over ) and right near the spa which made a ferocious bubbling noise the whole time!!
food was great. be careful to specify the bedding configurations!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do not stay in a room by the road. its extremely noisy.

great location, but horrible hospitality!

very poor service, staff are not hospital expept for bell boys and bar staff. from reception thru to breakfast and pool staff they are very unpleasant and very unprofessional including the manager shannon on site.
we booked for our 5th wedding aniiversary. we were given a poor room with 2 double beds. the excuse given was we are busy . after much hassling with manager, she finally placed us in the room we had orginally booked and paid across the hallway. i have travelled around the world and stayed from 3-7 stars. this place is definaetly not 7 stars and australian staff members need to be trained and require better attquites. there were three staff members who were there entire 3 nights of our stay and they just stood out as the best from the rest. they were passionate about theri chosen career path. it wasnt a pay cheque un like the rest. the conmandable staff was indian bell boy, asia young lad at breafast and the entire team at bar lounge.
