We didn't get off to a good start - our room was not available at check-in time; we waited for an extra hour to access the room; staff advised that the lagoon pool was kept at 27 degrees Celcius however we found out the pool was freezing. The was no sauna or spa facilities and the indoor pool was difficult to access. Overall, really enjoyed our time at the resort and intend my comments to be constructive to assist with making a quality resort even better.

my wife and i stayed at palazzo versace resort for 3nights it was one the most comfortable resorts we have stayed in. the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home, and only to glad to help with any tasks.this is a must to visit and stay in.

It is the little things that make a great hotel
Attention to detail, luxury in everything, and a fantastic pool.

Top notch! My only complaint is that the internet was down on my second day when I needed to get some business done. And when I asked to extend my check-out the third day to make up for my lost day there was resistance. A much preferable response would have been,"Of course. Our apologies for any inconvenience."
