my wife and i stayed at palazzo versace resort for 3nights it was one the most comfortable resorts we have stayed in. the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home, and only to glad to help with any tasks.this is a must to visit and stay in.

It is the little things that make a great hotel
Attention to detail, luxury in everything, and a fantastic pool.

Top notch! My only complaint is that the internet was down on my second day when I needed to get some business done. And when I asked to extend my check-out the third day to make up for my lost day there was resistance. A much preferable response would have been,"Of course. Our apologies for any inconvenience."

Very over priced and not worth the money when you have so many other places on the coast that have a much better atmosphere then this hotel , asked if the pool was heated was told yes when went to go for swim the pool was very cold , small rooms , breakfast was nice

Loved the Breakfast, overall stay was enjoyable.
good value for money spend on service & food, lovely marina to stroll & good choice of restaurants to go to.
Good variety of shops to browse near by, would recommend to shop there, have shopped there previous year & always come out happy with my purchases.
The king size bed was excellent to sleep in & entertainment such as TV was great!
Loved the views outside the Lagoon room balcony! Enjoyable stay would recommend to go there but next time for at least two night's.
Hotel Feature Tip:
one night is too short, need at least two night's to take advantage of all facilities such as hiring of cabana by the pool, indoor spa pool & Gym!

The Palazzo Versace is a beautiful hotel. Everything is really lovely and beautifully presented from the building itself to the furniture, down to the cushions and the crockery and cutlery. The pool area is fantastic, it even has a little man-made beach! The restaurants are great (though not cheap!) and the breakfast offered is one of the best we have had.
Even the coffee is great, which is unusual in hotels.
On the downside, we were a little disappointed with our room. It was smaller then we expected and the view was very average.
Overall, however, we would most certainly recommend this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I would recommend asking for a room with a view of the pool area and would not hesitate to ask for a different room if you are not happy with the one offered to you.
