Lovely apartments located right on the beach

The apartments are located right on the surfers paradise beach and have wonderful view from each room. The apartments are very clean and have beautiful interiors with all appliances for a wonderful stay. The front desk staff are really helpful and are of help at any hour of the day. It is a ideal staying location for couples, friends and family. Very near from the shopping malls and couple of blocks away from public transport.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Apartment has a kiosk for booking any and all events in and around Gold Coast at reasonable rates.

Great position, lovely view

The roon was overlooking the beach which we loved! Very close to everything, the bed was comfortable, very good water pressure in the shower. Staff was good.
The only problem was No AIRCONDITIONER, and it was hot in January, we did open the windows wide which did help.

Great location, basic hotel and helpful staff

The hotel location was great on the beach and close to all amenties. Parking was good. Room sizes were reasonable. Amenities were good (washing machine, dryer, shower, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge).
Cons: no air conditioning for a $300 a night room was not good.
TV and foxtel took quite a bit of time to figure out.
Shopping Tip:
Gold coast is generally more expensive and a budget traveller may want to shop at Woolworths in the basement of the centro plaza.

Great Location Nice Rooms

It was such a surprise location, near the famous coast & shopping malls & food food food all within walking distance. Beautiful view & serene. Rooms were clean with full amenities. Staff friendly & helpful.
Downside:
We arrived late at night from airport, the entrance door was jammed & took several tries before it could open up & we lost 20 minutes for that after a tiring long journey. As we reached our unit the TV couldnt function as the guidance note was not correctly described. Then the hot water shower couldnt function. Only the next day those were fixed.
Overall the stay was comfortable & recommended with improvements.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Dont bring much clothings as you can wash, dry & iron in the apartment. Save on airline luggage fees.

Clean apartment with full facilities

Being next to surfers beach, we are able to catch sunrise at 430am at our balcony. Walk to the beach from the gate where the heated pool is. Very convenient to the the beach, 5 mins walk to supermarket and eating places. Parking available. Drive 10 mins to sea world. Convenient to drive to mariner's club for great seafood dinner.
Apartment is clean and tidy. Fridge, microwave, laundry available. The unit we stay had no air conditioner but it's beginning of summer so opening the balcony with breeze is suffice. Overall, value for money for 4pax
Restaurant Tip:
Hard rock cafe or nice place to have gourmet pizza.. Just 5 mins walk.

Decent rooms at a great location

these apartments are just by the beach with private access. although its located in a more quiet area of surfers paradise, walking to the main area (cavill avenue)is not a problem as you can walk by the beach promenade and it will take you at most 15-20 min with a leisurely stroll, safe walk too.
they have all the amenities you need like hairdryers, washing machine and dryer and full kitchen with utensils. staff were friendly in fixing the minor problems we had like bulbs blown and such.
the only thing is that the rooms are a bit dated although fitted with the necessary furniture and electrical appliances. i thought the room could have been more well-maintained. you could tell by the worn our cupboards and walls. otherwise it was a decent stay and good for a short getaway. then again, a lot of apartments in surfers have been around for a pretty long time and so if you prefer a more well-designed one, u might wanna check when the apartment was built or refurbished.
Hotel Feature Tip:
As the building faces the beach at an angle and does not have full frontal beach view, ask for a room where the bedrooms face the beach, otherwise the only view of the beach might be from the balcony.

Great location very near beach

Have to keep the apt clean before checkin out. No daily services of changing towel. Only given 1 toilet roll n a small packet laundry washer to last 5 nights. The blanket and sofa has sands all over. Not that clean after all.
