Hwey L. Couples Australia, May 19, 2013	Pretty good! location, room size, view 8 From the website photos, the hotel design looks very young and fun. Bright hues and bold colors seem to dominate the decor in this hotel. As we were only there for one night and will be out most of the time, we got the King Mountain River View (which was the cheapest category). The check in was efficient and quick. We were up in our rooms within 10 minutes. As there wasn't much information at its official website, we were pleasantly surprised to be presented with a decent size room (on the 17th floor) and a great view of river front houses and sunset! Love the mini bar and its full collection of toys, food and drinks! Even though we didn't use any, it was still nice to see such an impressive stash. The bed was soooo comfortable! I just sank in and stayed there for a good 10 minutes without moving. The toilet not very big but still okay, except that the shower stand doesn't have a curtain, so it may result in a very wet floor after shower. The amenities are very basic (could be due to my room category too). We were given a soap bar for shower (eh?), shampoo and conditioner. I think there could be a body lotion somewhere as well but I didn't use it. My bf commented that it was a pity that everything had a price tag on it and we don't even get a complimentary bottle of water. Even coffee is at $1.50 per capsule. I suppose I can live with that since we are quite near shops (about 10 mins walk). Location wise, the hotel is just 5 minutes away from the beach so it's perfect for those who want to surf and swim.
