Terrible rude service but the rooms are good value

The location's convenient - easy access to public transport and walking distance from Surfers beach; the rooms are fine too. But there's no lift, and even though I have a disability, I was expected to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs (the manager told me "you're lucky I didn't put you on the third floor!" - I didn't feel lucky, to put it mildly, and I was very sore for the rest of my trip) She was quite rude and abusive about it too. I've complained about the lack of disabled access to the Human Rights Commission.
If you are physically fit enough to carry luggage upstairs, it would be okay to consider this place - but I think if anything goes wrong or you need anything besides just a place to sleep, you'd have trouble getting any help from the staff.

It could be better if I was not given the wrong room and had to move my luggage again the next morning. Being unable to store my luggage for extra hours after check-out was not convinient.Other than these, it was a easy stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
10 mins walking distance to the surfers paradise beach passing the main shopping/night life area

probably one of the worst experiences of customer service i have had. i arrived at 9 am from the airport to see if i could check in early. i was asked by the lady at reception if i had read the voucher explaining that check in was not till 2pm. then when i got up to the room, there was a lady in the bathroom still cleaning and yelled at me in a loud voice, "...i mean really who checks in at 9 o'clock in the morning?!" very poor service

convenien for transportation,apartment can make cooking .

the hotel location is convenien to take transportation . transportation cost is cheaper when buy their 'go card'.the card can buy at seven-eleven.and balance credit can refund at airport.

Le Raffles Royal n'est pas vraiment un hôtel, mais plus exactement un complexe d'appartements de courte durée. Du coup la chambre, et surtout le salon, est immense. Un beau coin cuisine et même un machine à laver complète le tout. Alors même si le service est inexistant, le rapport qualité prix vaut le coup.

立地はいいが、ホテルとは思わない方が良い。基本的にコンドミニアムをホテルとしているだけで、レセプションも大家さん？管理人さん？のようなおばさんが一人います。きっちり17時には帰るので、何かあったもレセプションには誰もいません。私はシャワーのお湯は壊れていて、電話しても誰もいない、結局出ないまま水で浴びました。シャトルバスの予約をお願いしたところ、予約は自分でやりなさいと言われ、ホテルのようなフロントのスタッフではないです。このホテルは立地に慣れている方にはいいと良いと思いますが、慣れていない方にはお勧めしません。同じ値段でしたら、近くのアウトリガーの方が断然良いです！
