Large room with view

CHeck in on Sat afternoon but no staff there. Call a hot number and keys are in a box with lock open by pin. Rooms are big with good ocean view. Room is dated with paint and tiles coming off a little here and there but overall very clean and comfortable. Admin staff is helpful and friendly when I met them the next day.

Over all the apartment is okay with good location to the beach. Facilities quite okay but swimming pool is quite small

This is an amazing appartment fully furnished , clean with hotel standard and with one of the best views I ever had. It is about 50m to the beach right at surfer paradise. Close to surfer paradise shops and amenities. The service manager is very friendly. The rooms are reasonable size and it is balconies one facing the beach and the other facing the river with a great view. Over all this is one of best appartments I have ever stayed.

This apartment come with very convenient and large kitchen, equipped with completed utensils for those like to cook. Spacious living hall and laundry machine is ready for your convenient. Very near to the beach and about 5 minute drive to the shopping area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Regent apartments and hope to be able to come back!. Our room was on the 15th floor with absolutely lovely views of the beach from the lounge, and the river from the bedroom. There was an outdoor table and chairs on the
patio overlooking the beach, a heated refreshing pool outside with a slide into it that we really enjoyed and a heated indoor pool and spa under cover by the tennis courts - all readily accessible and enjoyable. SKY TV and a DVD player in lounge, good size and well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning certainly did it's job. the place was secure, clean and tidy, and it was only a 10minute walk into central surfers paradise and about 30 seconds to the beach.

When we first arrived there, it was 7am and we didnt know that there was a office hour there from 9am to 5pm. The staffs there were friendly. The room that we booked was the 2 bedroom apartment, it was spacious and the view was so spectacular.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The bus stop for movie world and other attraction is within 5 mins walk.

the room is spacious, clean and tidy. we all love the outdoor pool which have a slide, kids love it. but the pool is too small to accommodate for 6 persons. great location and just a short walk (about 50 meter) to the beach. we really enjoyed the stay at regent.

I chose this hotel from Agoda after looking at the pictures of rooms and facilities and decided to choose this apartments. We reached Goldcoast at midnite, the keys are already prepared inside the safety deposit box provided. After we go inside the apartment, we are very disappointed to find the state of the apartments, so different from the picture. Rooms are old, furnitures are outdated, bathroom are mouldy and peeling, rooms are cold without heater. I called receptionist in the morning and ask for the state of the apartment and was told i booked for the standart unit. But i didnt expect standard unit would be this old. I asked for refund for the rest of 2 nites or upgrade rooms. No refund options available but the friendly receptionist upgrade me to a much better unit at extra cost which is fine as my unit was unacceptable for me. The new unit has better furniture and views and even provide us with heater. Apparently this apartments are individually owned so the standard of every unit is not the same
