Good Facility, Good Transport, etc. Just only front reception relation should be improve The hotel location are not so close to the beach but they have a hotel bus for transfer but you still have a problem with tour if you need them to pick you up at the hotel some they are not available but totally are still good to stay if you would like to join or play golf at the same time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Jetboat, Balloon, Seaplane, Lady Eillit Island, Holicopter, etc.

The room had recently been refurbished giving a crisp and modern feel The arrival at the reception was well handled although perhaps a little rehearsed. The hotel did give us notable attention when we rang to enquire as to whether a room would be available upon our arrival at about noon. Rooms are generally not available until 2.00pm. The facilities were good with several restaurants and conference facilities are excellent. Staff are generally well presented and obliging. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. However it is not near the heart of the Gold Coast Strip, and is better for conferences than holidays.

If you're attending a conference, or are a golfer, or are not impressed by the beach, then this is a lovely hotel to stay in. You're about 15 minutes drive from surfer's paradise coast, and we were really thankful that we rented a car.
Hotel Feature Tip : There's a terrific games room for teenage kids, and a great spa pool in the new pool area.
