The arrival at the reception was well handled although perhaps a little rehearsed. The hotel did give us notable attention when we rang to enquire as to whether a room would be available upon our arrival at about noon. Rooms are generally not available until 2.00pm. The facilities were good with several restaurants and conference facilities are excellent. Staff are generally well presented and obliging. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. However it is not near the heart of the Gold Coast Strip, and is better for conferences than holidays.

If you're attending a conference, or are a golfer, or are not impressed by the beach, then this is a lovely hotel to stay in. You're about 15 minutes drive from surfer's paradise coast, and we were really thankful that we rented a car.
