Great service, great room, great view

The first thing that struck me was the awesome location. This is our first trip to Gold Coast and we have no idea where to alight (took a bus from the airport, bus 702). The bus driver alighted us at the heart of Gold Coast, and to our delight the hotel is right in front of our eyes!
We arrived rather early and was given to option to place our luggage at the reception do that we can go shop around first.
We checked in around 3+ and was greeted by the most beautiful view of the river. That same river gave us an awesome view of the sunrise, and early trainings of canoeing and speedboats over the next few days.
There were several times we had to approach the reception for directions to places like Movie world and Brisbane, or even timings for buses. They were absolutely helpful, providing us very detailed description how we can travel from one place to another.
The room is very spacious, and even had an additional bed. There was a balcony from which my partner and I enjoyed several days of breakfast, an electronis safe, hairdryer, ironing board, electric kettle. Basically everything that we might possibly need are all provided, which is a sheer delight. The bathroom is wide and spacious too. The room are always cleaned and tidied whenever we came back after a day of shopping and fun.
I definitely recommend Vibe Hotel, and will definitely return there should we go to Gold Coast again.

The room i got was acceptable, and was facing the river. The room is clean and the good thing is the staff would clean up your room if requested. And its good if u want to go fot jetboating. Its just behind the hotel.
I would find that carkpark charges should be waived to hotel guests.

Enjoyed out stay. Bed is comfortable for a good night sleep. Has small kitchen with microwave oven, fridge and utensils/cookery - you can warm/cook simple meals. It is like home away from home.

my friend and i stayed here for 3 nights. the hotel is in a fantastic position just a minute or so walk to cavill avenue. the room we had was lovely and had a great view of the river. breakfast was only $ buffet and was really yummy. i highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is very well located. Woolies is just across the road with Coles just near by too. It is a short walk to the main shopping streets at surfers paradise, where you can find restaurants and some of the places of interests as well. Parking is $8per night and a 30min per day free wifi is available only at lobby. No wifi in room -- a very down side of this hotel. Only come with chargeable cable Internet. Staff at lobby are friendly enough but the housekeeping standard is poor. The bed sheet in my room was full of hairs. On the second day, I requested room cleaning. To my dismay, the carpet wasn't vacuum properly. The housekeeper just change tidy the bed sheet, change the towel that's all. Hence,I decided to pack my own room on third. Otherwise, the location is the main attractive of this hotel. For those who wants to swim in the ocean, vibes is a distance walk to the bench. Doesn't make sense to wear your swim wear and parade walk for others to see. However, the clubs are all nearby for those who wants to party.
