Great location with large rooms

Large self contained unit in a fabulous location. Woolworths is in nearby shopping centre along with great little cafes for coffee and small boutiques in the oasis shopping centre. Quaint tea house which serves high tea and amazing home made meals. Definitely recommend this establishment.

well, we stayed for few days. location is good. you can get almost everything just downstairs. night life for youngsters and marketing for senior. supermarket is just right opposite. food in gold coast are expensive, therefore we will cook our own breakfast and supper in order to cut cost. there isn't any wifi for free, but you can tag to a wifi service downstairs near a chinese restaurant. we got it free. we did our own laundry and room service cos all these are not provide, so called a self-maintain apartment.
Shopping Tip:
I would say, Karara Market is nice. We went there for breakfast and did some shopping there. Is just like a local market. Sometimes you can really get a super duper cheap stuff like shoes. Then, we move to Factory Outlet in Harbour town, that place was great. Me and my sister really had a good time and good buy there. My sister claimed that, the time to shop is too short for her because they close for business sharp at 5pm.

Best for family gathering

The apartment was completed with all necessary tools and facilities ie, washing machine, drier, kitchen utilities, oven, extra blanket etc. This apartment is running with self service mode, all the know-how was stated on the check-in memo. There were no room service and daily house keeping, in fact, you can hardly see any staff walking around but they were always available by phone. We were not really used to it at first, but, later, we enjoyed every much of the freedom given as if it was our own house.
As we were travelled with few families together,with all range of age, it really suitable for us doing family gathering. Everyday, we were cooked our own breakfast and dinner. We just need to walk across to get all our necessity and material. In the morning, we just walked across the road to the beach to enjoy our beach walking.
We will definately consider to stay here again next time if we visit Gold Coast again.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a lot of nice restaurant available around Victory Square. For those who not decided to cook for yourself, you still n can have your different meal everyday by just walking around the apartment.

we had a great stay at victoria square appartments,the location was fantastic with older kid with maccas at the door step,great beach and surf club within minutes walk and all the restaurants at your door was too much to choose from.
the appartment was very big,clean and comfortable, a little noise from the mall area but no real concern.
i would highly recommend for travelers.
Shopping Tip:
A must is shopping at Harbour Town outlet,great prices.

Unit was very dated and had severe water damage. Bedspread was disgusting, do they ever clean them? Very noisy on Sat night due to nightclub music and revellers.
Nightlife Tip:
Would be a good stay if you were there to party. Close to casino and nightclub.

Great value Hotel

can't say enough about how great value this hotel stay was. we were a party of two couples sharing this apartment. outside the front door of the lobby many great restaurants and a supermarket for supplies to eat in, with a fully equipped kitchen. beach, casino, pacific fair shopping mall all walking distance. outstanding!

a bit noisy at night, aircon not working, lovely place for young people to stay, lots of places close by to go partying and dancing, walking distant to the casino. The room is quite spacious you can stay as a group and share the cost. It would certainly work out so cheap than it is already cheap. because it is a bit noisy at night time...young people can go partying and come back have a sleep when it get quiet down(about 4 am).
Nightlife Tip:
this is excellent hotel for young people(20-40) age to stay, it is so close to all the night spots includind casino. stay out for most of the night and come back and sleep in the early hours..and the room is very spacious, you can fit in a few people and will share the bills.
