Total area is large but it is splited into 2 floor

I selected this hotel because there is free parking provided. In the booking website, I can only book for 2 persons. I marked in the Special Requirement that we will travel with a 16 years old daughter then I received email from the hotel to ask to confirm number of guest, there will be Person/Night extra. Later I found this extra price is listed in the hotel website.
The room is splited into 2 floors, balcony on each floor. The lower floor is the entry with kitchen, dinning room and a toilet. The upper floor is the bedroom and toilet with shower room. The toilet and the shower room is very small. The staircase is also not large, we even did not consider to bring our suitcases from the lower floor to the upper floor.
We did our dinner for 2 nights, we had everything necessary. Just not enough detergent.

連泊する場合は掃除など自分でやらないといけません
海は目の前。少し歩きますが公共交通機関、スーパーも徒歩圏。

今回は5日以上の滞在割引で10日宿泊をしましたが、掃除もタオルやシーツの洗濯も5日に一度という有様。不潔だからできれば一日おきにでもやって欲しいと頼むと、自分でやれるようにランドリーがついているとの説明でした。トレペも補給してくれないので最後はフロントまで取りに行く始末。海の前のこじんまりとしたアパートではありますが海が見えない部屋に入ってしまったら悲しいところです。
