Affordable and handy to cbd and tourist hubs.
City bus at door, adjoins Sandy Bay shops supermarkets restaurants,although on a major road noise is minimal.

The sofa in my room is well past its use by date. It was unsuitable to sit on because it sinks so low that the facia board cuts into your thighs.
The exhaust fan in the kitchen area is not effective.
The bed mattress is developing a hump.
